The front door opens to the central entree with access to a toilet, the master bedroom and the living room.
The spacious living room features two air-conditioning units, a built-in kitchenette with a mobile cooking island. Big windows span the entire front side of the room, offering panoramic views over the valley. On clear days, the simmering of the Mediterranean Sea is visible on the horizon. The room provides access through three separate openings to the rock-carved living cueva, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the natural surroundings.
The living room provides access to three original cueva spaces, each connected internally via central corridors. The left cueva serves as a cozy relaxation area, equipped with a wood-burning stove, television, comfortable sofa, and armchair. The central cueva functions as a versatile space for dining, reading, or playing games. It features preserved original elements, including two amphorae embedded in the rock, historically used for natural cooling. The right cueva was arranged as a reading and office area, with a bookshelf, desk, telephone connection, and workspace for a computer. Recently it has been transformed to a cosy dormatory. Even at high temperatures outside, the cuevas maintain a stable and pleasant temperature year-round, offering a quiet, calm atmosphere that enhances comfort and creates a warm, inviting ambiance.
From the entrance hall, which includes a toilet, there is access to the spacious master bedroom located in the left section of the cueva. This room features windows overlooking the front patio, two comfortable single beds, a large walk-in shower, and a bathroom unit with double washbasins. Along the back wall, a full-width storage area—concealed behind curtains—provides ample space for clothing and bedding and other items.
From the living room you can access a sheltered passage leading to the central patio on the right and to a second intermediate room and the second original cueva. This "in-between" room is multifunctional. It has space for a couch, chair and table, a twin bed, a bureau or any other furniture you would like. There is a washbasin and this makes it suitable for all purposes mentioned. This room gives access to the second original cueva area, which features a shower unit with an additional washbasin. At the rear left, a small passage provides access to another compartment of this cueva, providing another place to sleep or to store items.
From the central patio you can enter a room that is in use as a kitchen/bakery. It can be used as a living- or dining room but also be transformed into another bedroom or any other purpose that might serve you.
