Some foto's on this site were taken before 2020. Since then the villa has only been occasionally visited due to personal circumstances. So the garden and outdoor areas show signs of neglect, including weather-related wear, hillside erosion, and minor damage to patio panels, doors, and terrace tiles. A recent attempted break-in was unsuccessful thanks to robust security features and the front door has been repaired. But the villa’s structure, roof, interior, and cuevas remain in good condition, requiring only minor paint touch-ups.
